Terms of Service

By commissioning Beewee, the commissioner agrees to the following terms:

❖No artwork may be used for any N.F.T. or A.I. reasons whatsoever, nor can the commissioner pass completed art as their own. Art must be credited to the artist in a reasonable location leading to the artist.❖All artwork is for personal use only. Commissioner may display any and all completed artwork on social media and streaming when properly credited to the artist so long as usage is not directly tied to profit made by the commissioner such as subscription and donations, unless stated otherwise.❖Fully agreed upon payment must be received upfront before any work on the commission is to begin. If payment is not received within 7 days of contact the commissioner forfeits their slot.❖Lead times for completing commissions may be up to three months unless stated otherwise. The artist will make all reasonable efforts to keep the commissioner informed about progress for completing the commission.❖The commissioner shall negotiate any deadline requirements with the artist in advance. The artist reserves the right to refuse any commission if they feel they cannot meet the commissioner's deadline requirements. If the commissioner has a strict deadline within three months of purchase, the artist may charge an additional rush fee.❖After the commissioner and the artist have agreed to the terms of the commission, the terms cannot be varied without the consent of both parties. The artist will not guarantee the ability to complete the commission with an earlier deadline than the one negotiated prior to sending the payment.❖Refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of the artist. The refund may be reduced to account for any progress the artist has made on the commission, including any concept art, sketches, samples, or progress pictures the artist provided to the commissioner. The artist in no way guarantees that a refund will be granted after the payment has been received.❖The artist retains the right to decline a commission for any reason without explanation.❖These terms form the basis of all oral, written, or implied contracts between the artist and the commissioner. The absence of the text of these terms in any other contract between the artist and the commissioner in no way nullifies or vitiates these terms.❖Additional terms between the artist and commissioner are of no force or effect unless they are reduced to writing.❖Additional terms may only modify the terms described herein and cannot nullify or vitiate these terms unless explicitly stated.❖The artist shall send the commissioner one concept sketch before completing the final piece. It is the commissioner's sole responsibility to request any changes or modifications to composition, expression, pose and details. If the commissioner does not respond to the concept sketch with any modification requests within seven days of receiving the concept sketch, the artist will complete the commission based on the concept sketch.❖After the artist has completed the final piece, the artist may agree to up to two reasonable revisions at the artist's sole discretion. It is the commissioner's responsibility to request any and all modification requests before the artist completes the revision. After the artist sends the revised piece to the commissioner, that represents one revision.❖The artist will make all reasonable efforts to communicate with the commissioner and achieve the commissioner's goals, but refunds will not be given if the commissioner is dissatisfied with the final results of the commission.
